We’ve heard all the talk, but can you walk the walk?
Ritzy are on the hunt for a talented and well connected EP to help increase our animation output and expand our reputation in the UK and US.
Working alongside the Managing Directors, the ideal candidate will help steer the company towards new business opportunities by opening doors at some of the worlds top creative agencies. Scoping out desirable briefs and increasing our pitch ratio is a primary objective, winning them is a bonus. We’re not after a salesman - we’re looking for a creative thinker who can introduce us to the right partners, build relationships, and oversee a project from inquiry to delivery.
This position isn’t a quick solution or a temporary gig, we want someone to join our family, stay long term, and help us grow. Therefore, it is vital that you have the same ethos, values and tone as our company and can express that to any potential clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead new business initiatives
Indentify new opportunities and creative ventures
Lead pitch strategies alongside the Creative Directors
Build client, agency and partner relationships
Engage with US/UK representatives
Prepare sales presentations + company decks
Attend events on behalf of Ritzy
Develop and oversee sales strategies
Co-ordinate with the Creative team
Assist in the budgeting and bidding negotiations
Provide support and knowledge to Production
Plan for studio growth and development
Put Ritzy on the map!
