JOB DESCRIPTION:

Do you have a knack for bringing characters to life?

We are looking for ambitious 3D animators to join us on an exciting new project! All experiences are welcome, from junior to senior, as long as you have a passion for storytelling and a solid foundation of the 12 principles of animation.

At Ritzy, we like candidates who can showcase striking poses, juicy expressions, and super smooth movement. But above all else, we love an animator who strives for top quality work and is willing to go the extra key frame.

SPEC:

  • Highly skilled in 3D animation

  • Well versed in the 12 principles

  • Solid knowledge of Autodesk Maya

  • Impressive pose choices and acting decisions

  • Able to demonstrate expressive and emotive facials

  • A great sense of timing and weight

  • Understanding of body mechanics

  • Appealing character acting

  • An understanding of layout, blocking and polished animation

  • Strong storytelling skills

  • A keen problem solver

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Good communicator

  • Highly motivated

  • Responsive to taking direction and feedback

  • Team player and good collaborator

  • Adaptable at handling different tasks and expectations
